By submitting this application, you authorize Jarvis Cutting Tools to make inquiries into the banking and business/trade references that you have supplied. It is agreed and understood that all invoices are due and payable 30 days from the invoice. Applicant further understands and agrees that invoices that are not paid within terms are subject to further legal action including legal action at applicant’s expense. If any action is commenced for collection of past due amounts, applicant will be charged all costs for such collection, including but not limited to attorney fees.
