Jarvis combination drill and taps tools have the capability to operate as a two-in-one solution. Once the hole is drilled, the tap section immediately forms the thread. Fewer tool changes mean lower cost, improved productivity, and faster operative results.

Jarvis offers combination drill and taps tools with self-centering points, and has them ready off the shelf for accurate hole positioning and reliable thread generation. For more specialized requirements, we manufacture custom tap reamers designed to size holes or remove flashing before tapping. Our coveted piloted taps program can be utilized to create tools ground to close tolerances, built to meet your unique application requirements.
Our drill tap combo tap applications are intended for through holes. The drill point must break through (thru) the material before the tap portion begins its function for clean, efficient results. Depending on the application, Jarvis combination drill and taps can be set at 65-75% thread, depending on what your unique application is.
